The location here is amazing, just next to Napoli Capodichino airport, and I had a comfortable night's sleep in the twin room with air conditioning.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with a short walk to the airport, car hire center, and a small aquarium nearby. Only a 10-minute drive away, you can visit ancient underground burial grounds.

Location. Within walking distance of where I work. The desk/concierge staff are very professional, friendly and courteous.
I have stayed at this hotel many times. The rooms are usually, but not always, clean but look as if there has been little attention paid to detail by housekeeping staff. The bed sloppily made, curtains askew, essential items in the rooms not replaced (towels, Glasses etc.). The women who work in the dining room and kitchen spent the entire time I was having breakfast standing just out of sight of those of us dining, talking loudly about personal matters. I did not see the one assigned to the dining room ever approach the clients, who came and went, to ask if they needed anything. In fact, when I needed salt I had to get up and search the room for a salt-shaker. This kind of poor service is something I have experienced more than once at this hotel and it is a shame because it detracts from the overall experience significantly.

It is close to the airport, which is the only positive about the hotel.
I was extremely disappointed with the hotel mainly because it is advertised as a 4 star yet there is nothing 4 star about it. Our room was very basic with dirty stains over the curtains, paint work and chair. They don't supply 'normal' towels but large napkin/ tea towels - very bizarre.

the location as a base for the airport was perfect, 5 minute walk away, this is the 3rd time we have stayed at the Millennium Gold Hotel we like it because of its location, can be noisy due to traffic but thats not the hotels fault.
nothing hotel is a good clean hotel with lovely staff and nice restaurant.

I had a great hot breakfast at a decent price at this place at 5:45AM, and the service was friendly.

Only reason to stay is for the proximity to the Naples Airport - a short 10 Euro fixed-price ride there. It's not in a great part of town - no reason to leave the hotel, nothing to see nearby. Room is good sized and clean and comfortable except the air conditioning will only get the temp down to about 78 degrees - barely comfortable. Restaurant is okay but same a/c issues. Actually had a short but good wine list, selections/prices good, but red wine at @ 78 degrees is too warm. Staff spoke English and were fine.
Nothing nearby the hotel in way of shopping, restaurants, or tourist attractions. Air conditioning in summer is just barely adequate. If you order red wine in restaurant you may need an ice bucket to get it to a cooler than @ 78 degree state. Hotel is recommended for its closeness to the airport.

Proximity to Napoli Airport
First stay 2/10 room had a smoke odour. Reported. Second stay 9/10 was excellent

The location was marvellous and perfect, right by other restaurants of Italy of much better quality
The hotel is situated in an area with good access to the Amalfi coast and the airport. There is a good pizzeria, La Lucerna, nearby

Staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming! Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Had a cozy bar and restaurant open later in the evening to accomodate late arrivals. Very convenient to airport and rental car pick up/return (you can walk to it during the day) with gas stations close by for that last minute fillup of gas for rental car. Don't let comments about the neighborhood detract you from staying at this hotel it is secure and convenient. However, if you are planning on walking in the evening I would not be comfortable as it really is a business area with everything around pretty much closed up and dark. Taxi's were quick to arrive to the hotel after they were called. We would stay there again without any hesitation.
No complaints - we stay at this hotel twice and had a positive experience each time.
